A Brief Summary

Welcome! I'm Chef Mark, also known as Markodude. I'm seventeen years of age, and I am the current Founder, CEO, Manager, Executive Chef, Financial Advisor, Environmental Safety Manager, Social Media Manager, Dishwasher, Janitor, Operator, Laundry Attendant, Hair Stylist, Manicurist, Chief Agricultural Advisor, and Baker of Markodude's Bakery. Markodude's is a weekly bakery stand carrying hot and fresh baked goods bright and early every Saturday.

A Brief Location

I rise both myself and the bread starting 3 a.m. on Saturdays, so make sure to catch the hot and fresh baked goods starting 9 until I sell out by about 11. I regularly set up my bread stand at the Carmel Junipero statue; intersection of Dolores and Camino del Monte (see left or above for location). Operating under a Cottage Food Operation Class A License, Markodude's Bakery meets California environmental safety standards for at-home kitchens.

In the summer of 2023, the generous folks at the Carmel Chamber of Commerce invited me and my overgrown bake sale into the Chamber!
